Thus Objectivism's ideal social system for the life of a rational being is one based on:
individual rights.
Since survival requires self-sustaining action, and since one must use one's mind in order to determine which actions are self-sustaining, then one should be free to think and act. There is no such thing as survival without proper action, or proper action without thought, or proper thought devoid of reason.
